Touch of Class ships with Canada Post's standard shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to discuss custom shipping options!

Most orders will be delivered within 4 to 10 business days. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing. Shipping time varies depending on your location (usually 3 to 5 business days within Canada). We will provide a tracking number once the item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes we change our minds due to fit or style. We offer a 15 day return policy for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We offer exchange or store credit on items returned within 15 days of receipt. For more info, please see our Refund Policy.

The first step to initiate an exchange or store credit is to review our Refund Policy to ensure your item qualifies. Next, reach out to our customer service team through the Contact Us page. We will be in contact to provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number. All returns must include a valid RA # to be accepted. 


Whether you're looking for classic, modern, glamorous, or elegant, we have an array of exclusive designer brands to choose from. We carry sizes 4 to 18 and offer special ordering from many of our amazing brands.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Many of our suppliers offer custom orders! Please contact our customer service team through our Special Orders form to request a custom order.

Absolutely! We offer a service called "View On-Line, Try In-Store." You can request this service through our Services Page.

When we receive new products, our staff monitor the size and fit of each item to ensure it is properly sized. Occasionally, a product will run large or small, however we will manually adjust the size accordingly or make a note on the fit under the product description.


A good fit makes all the difference. For the best fit, sometimes we need to consider having alterations done. This ensures the clothes you wear most often, fit beautifully.

Our alterations and tailoring services are solely for items purchased within our store. 

Yes. Our alterations are offered through a partnership with a local seamstress. Therefore, all alteration fees are payable to her directly via cash or cheque.
