Temporary Changes to Returns

Due to current global health concerns, we will be flexible with our return policy, however, you are required to notify us of your request.

Returns
Our online return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange and your item will be refused. 

We offer store credits only and do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original tags and receipt or proof of purchase. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If you would like to return an item, please contact customer service via email at customerservice@touchofclassfashions.ca. You will then receive an RA number and instructions on how to return the item to us. Items that have been shipped without an RA will be refused

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.

A credit note will then be issued and sent via email. You can use this credit note to purchase anything available on our website or in-store. Credit notes do not expire. 

Sale Items and Special Orders
All sale gowns and special orders are final sales, and exempt from store credits or exchanges. We recommend visiting our boutique in beautiful downtown Napanee to "try before you buy."

Items Shipped to the United States
All sale items shipped to the United States are final sales, and exempt from store credits or exchanges.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-Store Returns
Items purchased online that are eligible for a return can also be returned to our store during regular business hours. 

We are temporarily requesting advance notice before in-store returns. Please contact us via our Contact page to make your request and receive confirmation.
