In fact, regular washing in cold water either by hand or in washing machine will ensure that cashmere garments remain soft and supple.
This process will also prevent cashmere from pilling.
Note : certain cashmere garments with specific characteristics (light, embellished or brightly colored ones) may not be washable: always check the label on your favorite garment to find out whether or not it is suitable for washing.
